Support
We hope to be interacting with you on the forums where you will get support and guidance.
All candidates are entitled to tutorials as an additional source of support. Assessors will regularly carry these out as part of their normal assessment practice. For example you could be asked to get in touch for a tutorial after being given feedback. Candidates should however be aware that tutorials are not an alternative to participating on workshops. They are also not to be used to discuss assignments. Candidates who require a tutorial will need to use the following template to request a tutorial.
Communication with assessors should be established through our Communication and Assessment Centre . If you would like to speak with your assessor by phone or Skype please make sure you book an appointment at least 48 hours before.
Our normal opening hours are from 9:30am till 3pm Monday to Friday. You need to arrange an appointment at least 48 hours earlier in as assessors are not always ready to speak with you! We also operate a duty system where your assessor might be allocated other tasks when they are on duty. They are therefore not able to divert away from these duties if there is no appointment. Please call between 3pm and 4pm if you require general support from the team?
