I understand any work found to have been plagiarised constitutes gross misconduct and could result in being withdrawn from the course and reported to awarding bodies, funding and professional bodies or employer (where applicable).

I agree it is my responsibility to submit all versions of my coursework and evidence. I should also submit all versions of my feedback reports.

I am responsible for completing, signing and dating all evidence record sheets and ensuring my portfolio of evidence is ready for quality assurance.

I agree that Etutor Alliance will not be responsible for any delays where l have not followed the standardised guidance provided.

I have submitted my guided learning hours declaration and all supporting evidence to demonstrate learning over a period of time.

It is my responsibility to access guidance and support regarding compiling and submitting my portfolio of evidence. I am aware there is a written guide, video, face to face support and dedicated course support sessions. I can also request support from my tutor.

I am aware that all video evidence should be submitted as mp4 files. All audio files should be submitted as mp3.

I am aware that simply submitting my portfolio does not mean entitlement to the qualification. I fully understand that l am only entitled to the qualification after fully meeting all course requirements which includes guided learning hours and submitting evidence that meet the test of being authentic, current, sufficient and reliable.

I am aware and understand that all assessment decisions are subject to both internal and external quality assurance.

I am aware there could be delays caused by quality assurance activities.

I agree that Etutor Alliance is not responsible for any delays outside their control.

I agree it is my responsibility to check for updates on Access regarding my certification.

I am aware that access to the portal can be restricted when l have submitted my portfolio of evidence.

I am aware that my account will be archived when I have completed and certified. It is my responsibility to ensure that l have unsubscribed my self on any of the forum posts l have signed up for.

I understand the Centre Support team will not share with me quality assurance or assessment decisions over the phone.
